DW spoke with a patient, an unregistered doctor, a health official and a sex education trainer in Pakistan's largest city, Karachi, to understand what drives some Pakistani men to go to these self-proclaimed health practitioners, known as quacks, for their sexual problems. What's being done to address this issue?
