What is a subscription calendar?
What is a subscription calendar?

A subscription calendar is a live calendar feed you create in AddEvent that your audience subscribes to once. Every event you add or update automatically appears in subscribers' personal calendar apps - Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and more - without any further action from them.
How it works in practice
You create a calendar in AddEvent and add your events
You share a "Follow Calendar" button, link, or landing page with your audience
A subscriber clicks it and chooses their calendar app - the subscription is created in seconds
From that point on, your calendar lives inside their personal calendar app alongside their own appointments
When you add a new event or update an existing one in AddEvent, the change syncs automatically
Why it's different from sending individual invites
