After the woocommerce finishes the automatic update this morning, on the admin page when trying to load the woocommerce homepage, the following showed up in the chrome browser console. Now i cannot even try to edit/save/publish any custom web page now. Please help!

Would you be able to check if there’s any error in your PHP log? The JavaScript error are probably not the cause of the issue you’re facing with saving or publishing your pages.

yes i found the following at the end of the log.

Thanks for sharing. This seems like an error is coming from a Bluehost plugin called “bluehost-wordpress-plugin”. Have you tried checking with your hosting provider (I assume it’s Bluehost) if they have seen this error before?

Thanks for your reply. Yah i just asked the bluehost support about the issue, but they replied they are having difficulties accessing my account now. And i told them yah my bluehost home page is loading forever now, and they told me to get back to them few hours later after they resolve the login issue before getting back my real question.

Hi i just got back some answers from the bluehost support. they say they need your server settings for the newly updated woocommerce 7.7.0, and once they have the server settings, i will need to contact them again, so they will be able to update it to fix the issue.

With all due respect to bluehost support, the error message indicates that a library that’s in use in their plugin is conflicting with (most likely) another plugin that uses a dependency injection container (perhaps an older version?).
Additionally, I’m not quite sure what type of server settings they are asking for. Server settings are mostly handled by the hosting, not by us (a WordPress plugin), so in this case, I’d recommend trying to find out which plugin is conflicting with the Bluehost plugin (please check out the troubleshooting guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/) and contacting support for those two plugins.

ok I guess I will check if there’s any plug-in that throws any error. For now I have rolled back to previous version of woocommerce to get things back to normal temporarily. Thanks again for your guidance.

We got the same error messages in our console after the WooCommerce update. We don’t have problems with editing pages, but the API won’t push any order updates to our CRM system anymore…
Updating stock from our CRM to WooCommerce does succeed.

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?
Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic.
We’ll be more than happy to help there 🙂
