We’re investigating the issue and will provide an update when we know more. Plugin Contributor Peter Fabian (@peterfabian1000) 3 years, 2 months ago Hi @uwccpan Would you be able to check if there’s any error in your PHP log? The JavaScript error are probably not the cause of the issue you’re facing with saving or publishing your pages. Thanks, Peter. Thread Starter uwccpan (@uwccpan) 3 years, 2 months ago yes i found the following at the end of the log. [10-May-2023 11:44:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Declaration of WP_Forge\Container\Container::get(string $id) must be compatible with Psr\Container\ContainerInterface::get($id) in /home2/much/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bluehost-wordpress-plugin/vendor/wp-forge/container/includes/Container.php on line 127 Plugin Contributor Peter Fabian (@peterfabian1000) 3 years, 2 months ago Thanks for sharing. This seems like an error is coming from a Bluehost plugin called “bluehost-wordpress-plugin”. Have you tried checking with your hosting provider (I assume it’s Bluehost) if they have seen this error before? Thread Starter uwccpan (@uwccpan) 3 years, 2 months ago Thanks for your reply. Yah i just asked the bluehost support about the issue, but they replied they are having difficulties accessing my account now. And i told them yah my bluehost home page is loading forever now, and they told me to get back to them few hours later after they resolve the login issue before getting back my real question. Thread Starter uwccpan (@uwccpan) 3 years, 2 months ago Hi i just got back some answers from the bluehost support. they say they need your server settings for the newly updated woocommerce 7.7.0, and once they have the server settings, i will need to contact them again, so they will be able to update it to fix the issue. Plugin Contributor Peter Fabian (@peterfabian1000) 3 years, 2 months ago With all due respect to bluehost support, the error message indicates that a library that’s in use in their plugin is conflicting with (most likely) another plugin that uses a dependency injection container (perhaps an older version?). Additionally, I’m not quite sure what type of server settings they are asking for. Server settings are mostly handled by the hosting, not by us (a WordPress plugin), so in this case, I’d recommend trying to find out which plugin is conflicting with the Bluehost plugin (please check out the troubleshooting guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/) and contacting support for those two plugins. Hope that helps! Thread Starter uwccpan (@uwccpan) 3 years, 2 months ago ok I guess I will check if there’s any plug-in that throws any error. For now I have rolled back to previous version of woocommerce to get things back to normal temporarily. Thanks again for your guidance. Beauty of Code (woo-hc) (@beautyofcode) 3 years, 2 months ago Hi @uwccpan , That sounds like a plan! I will go ahead and mark this as resolved then, however, please do let us know if you have any other questions with regard to this 🙂 Cheers! iniasvi (@iniasvi) 3 years, 2 months ago We got the same error messages in our console after the WooCommerce update. We don’t have problems with editing pages, but the API won’t push any order updates to our CRM system anymore… Updating stock from our CRM to WooCommerce does succeed. xue28 (woo-hc) (@xue28) 3 years, 2 months ago Hi @iniasvi Thanks for reaching out! I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic? Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic. We’ll be more than happy to help there 🙂 Viewing 11 replies - 1 through 11 (of 11 total) The topic ‘Help! Fatal Error 500 After Automatic Update’ is closed to new replies.
