  • 👉 There’s a pattern we keep seeing in cohort performance: One high roller can make the whole cohort look much healthier than it actually is. The average check rises, NGR looks strong, and even LTV can seem promising – all because of one player. But that tells you very little about how the rest of the traffic will perform at scale. Are players coming back and redepositing? Is NGR distributed across the group or concentrated in one outlier? Is LTV growing across the cohort or only for that single player? ⚠️ When most of the value comes from one exception, raising the cap may simply bring in more of the same traffic while you hope another high roller appears. That’s why we look beyond headline averages before discussing scale. A strong outlier is a positive signal, but the rest of the cohort still has to support it. Would you scale a cohort like this, or wait until the value is more evenly distributed?

Most advertisers I talk to are still measuring affiliate value by volume. We run traffic ourselves. We also manage a network of affiliate partners. So I've watched this from both sides: some of the most expensive traffic I've ever seen came from the highest-volume partners. The affiliates worth keeping long-term were never the ones sending the most. A few things we keep coming back to 👇 #iGaming #UserAcquisition #AffiliatePartnerships #LTV #PerformanceMarketing #Gambling #Affiliatenetwork #mediabuying

  • ✨ Today the spotlight is on Kate, our Affiliate Manager at ParadoX Partners. She is the person our partners talk to every day, and someone who genuinely cares about their ROI. Her strength is seeing people and their potential behind the numbers in a dashboard. 1️⃣ What does being a good affiliate manager mean to you? — Kate: It comes down to involvement. You keep the details of every case in mind and stay a step ahead. Even after the working day you still run through how your partners' campaigns are doing: is everything fine, where can we push harder, where is it safer to hedge. Because you genuinely care about the result. 2️⃣ What energizes you, at work and in life? — Kate: People. This industry runs on communication, and the best part is being on the same wavelength with a partner: discussing work, or just talking. When you finally meet in person, it feels like you have known each other for years, because you share the same goals. 3️⃣ What question do you hear from partners most often? — Kate: "Can we get the payout earlier?" *laughs*. On a serious note, partners often ask what we would recommend for a specific GEO. Then I select offers based on their approach and their expectations on rates. That is exactly why staying in close contact with your manager pays off. 4️⃣ Three things your working day cannot start without? — Kate: Coffee, obviously 😁 Then checking launches: who is running what, what the first numbers look like, and jumping into communication right away if someone needs a quick hint or wants to scale. And a call with the team, where we go through cases and decide on next steps for each partner. 5️⃣ If you could change one thing in the industry, what would it be? — Kate: I am still surprised by how many good friends this industry gives you, often through conferences and constant communication. If I changed anything, I would remove the fraudsters who come in dishonestly and break trust between sides. But overall it is a balance: those risks on one side, and a real community of people you grow with on the other. That's Kate — if you work with ParadoX Partners, you definitely know her. #AffiliateMarketing #PerformanceMarketing #AffiliateManager

  • Everyone's waiting for Meta to settle down after Andromeda. At ParadoX Team we stopped waiting and changed how we run 🙌 The algorithm took manual targeting away, so the creative has to carry it now. We moved real budget off FB into in-app and got a lot stricter on infrastructure and scaling. The clearest shift showed up on retention: conversion to deposit went from 15% to 26%. We put the full version on Palai Media, including what we stopped doing and the data behind these numbers. Link below. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/deX34suQ #iGaming #MediaBuying #AffiliateMarketing #MetaAds

• A great CR can still be garbage traffic 🤷♀️ Happens all the time: CR's up, regs are coming in, so everyone seems to be happy. Then the advertiser checks quality two weeks later and it's just not there. Nobody actually messed up.  You were all just looking at the wrong number. CR only tells you the hook worked — people clicked, people registered. It says nothing about whether they put money in, came back, or were ever worth anything. We buy traffic ourselves and run the same offers we give our partners, so we see this from both sides. What our managers check instead: — Reg2Dep — did the creative bring people who pay, or people who were just curious. — Retention (day 2 and 7) — if they don't come back, LTV is zero. Better to know in 48 hours than at month-end. — Predictive LTV — that's what advertisers pay for now One thing a lot of buyers still underestimate: Andromeda stopped learning from clicks. It optimizes around LTV signals now — repeat deposits, time in the product. So if your CR is high but retention is weak, the algorithm treats the traffic as misleading and cuts your reach. Your "good" CR works against you. So we watch the whole funnel. You catch the problem while you can still fix it. ➡️ If that's how you'd want your traffic judged, you're the kind of advertiser we're looking for.
