As a proud community partner, we were delighted to support this year's Minifeuerwehr (Mini Fire Department) Mid-Year Celebration of Stadt Hattersheim am Main, the community that is home to our regional headquarters. For children ages 6 to 10, the Minifeuerwehr is where early civil protection, safety education, and community spirit begin. This celebration gives these young helper-heroes a city-wide stage to demonstrate what they do best: working as a team, mastering essential safety skills, and learning the value of civic duty. To mark the occasion, Tanita Binder and Kevin Binder surprised the young future firefighters with special gifts: along with plenty of gummy bears, they brought insect hotels for the children to assemble themselves—a fun, hands-on activity that helps foster both creativity and environmental awareness. At NTT Global Data Centers, caring for our communities and supporting environmental initiatives are important parts of who we are. This was a wonderful opportunity to bring those values together while engaging with the next generation in a meaningful way. Thank you to everyone involved for a wonderful afternoon! #NTTGlobalDataCenters #CommunityEngagement #EnvironmentalAwareness #CorporateSocialResponsibility #Hattersheim

🚀 Before we build infrastructure in Johor, we're helping build something even more important: future innovators. At NTT Global Data Centers, building a lasting presence goes beyond infrastructure: it starts with investing in the communities we serve. This week, we were proud to sponsor the Maker Space Lab upgrade at Tenby Schools Johor (Setia Eco Gardens), marking one of our first community engagement initiatives in Johor ahead of the groundbreaking of our upcoming data center campus. Designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and innovation, the enhanced Maker Space will help spark students' interest in STEM and support the development of future engineers, technology professionals, and innovators. As part of the event, Toby Stapleton トビー, Head of Construction, APAC, shared his perspectives with the school's TV channel, offering advice on how students can prepare for an AI-driven future. He encouraged students to be curious, embracing lifelong learning, and build the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. 🍦The celebration concluded on a joyful note as students enjoyed ice cream and gathered for a commemorative group photo, creating a memorable moment for everyone involved. This initiative represents the beginning of our journey in Johor. We believe meaningful impact starts with empowering young minds and building strong relationships within the communities where we operate. We look forward to continuing that journey and making a positive difference together. Elizabeth Grundy Jared Brookes Miho Hirahara Sean Seow

NTT Global Data Centers made its debut at MWC Shanghai 2026! It was an exciting week as we joined one of Asia's premier technology events, connecting with customers, partners, industry leaders, media, and the broader innovation ecosystem. Over the course of the event, our team had meaningful conversations around the trends shaping the future of digital infrastructure — from AI-ready data centers and cloud robotics to sustainability and the growing demands of a digital-first economy. As organizations across APAC accelerate their AI and digital transformation journeys, the need for resilient, scalable, and connected infrastructure has never been greater. At NTT GDC, we're proud to help enable that future through our global platform and local expertise. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited our booth, shared their perspectives, and engaged with our team. Your conversations inspire us to continue innovating and delivering the infrastructure that powers what's next. Watch our 90-second highlight video to relive some of the best moments from our debut at MWC Shanghai 2026. Together, we're building the foundation for the next generation of digital innovation. AI demand is here. Is the infrastructure ready? Today, NTT Global Data Centers released our new report — Can Data Centers Keep Pace with AI? A Global Data Center Outlook. The findings are clear: while data center demand is projected to grow 23–30% annually through 2030, critical bottlenecks threaten to stall progress: • Power & grid availability — increasingly a deciding factor in the U.S. and Europe • Supply chain constraints — processors, transformers, switchgear and generators face long lead times and limited manufacturing capacity • Land, labor & community opposition — delaying approvals and extending delivery timelines in prime markets But these challenges are solvable. Our report lays out a practical roadmap for enterprises, operators, investors and policymakers — from co-planning grid infrastructure early, to driving efficiency through liquid cooling and AI-enabled operations. As our CEO Doug Adams Adams puts it: "The organizations that move fastest will be those that understand where the real constraints are, act early to mitigate them, and build with efficiency, resilience and long-term value creation in mind." Great conversations drive strong partnerships, and that’s exactly what our MAD1 Colocation & Connectivity Days in Madrid were all about. Over two days, we brought carrier and connectivity partners together at our Madrid 1 Data Center to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and explore future opportunities. The energy, open dialogue, and positive feedback reinforced how impactful in-person collaboration truly is. Thank you to everyone who joined! Special thanks to Fernando Molina Castillo, David Van Elswyk, and Holger Laukat for making it happen. Looking forward to continuing these conversations. If you missed the event but still want to explore our MAD1 facility – check out our virtual tour. Link in the comments. #Connectivity #NTTGlobalDataCenters

The AI era is reshaping the investment thesis for digital infrastructure. We’re proud to sponsor and participate in the Data Center Investment Summit, joining the panel “The New Valuation Equation: Power Density, Cooling Innovation and Grid Readiness” on Wednesday, June 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. Vignesh Thangadurai will join industry leaders to discuss how evolving power density requirements, cooling innovation, and grid readiness are shaping investment decisions and valuation models. As AI workloads accelerate demand for compute, value creation is extending beyond location and capacity. Access to power, advanced cooling, and increasingly constrained grid infrastructure are becoming critical differentiators—reshaping project economics and redefining how risk and long-term returns are assessed. As investment continues to flow into AI-driven infrastructure, the intersection of power availability, energy strategy, and technology innovation is now central to underwriting future value. We look forward to engaging with industry peers on what’s ahead for digital infrastructure. #NTTGlobalDataCenters #DCISAsia #SingaporeEvents #InvestmentSummit
