銷售暨行銷專員

工作內容：

一、 社群經營與內容創作

• 協助官網與社群管理經營（如：Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube 等）。
• 英文文案撰寫與國內外業務溝通，行銷活動排程、規劃商品活動。
• 英文新聞稿與部落格文章撰寫。

二、 實體展覽與國內外拓展

• 實體參展規劃與執行。
• 配合公司業務需求，每年有機會至中東、歐美或東南亞等海外地區出差參展 1-2 次。

三、 數位行銷與策略規劃

• 具有客戶思維，負責網路行銷策略執行。
• 網路經營策略規劃、執行控管。
• 規劃網路內容、服務及活動，並定期更新、維護及管理。

四、其他行銷業務部所需支援工作

必備條件

• 語言能力：

 英文 -- 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通

(具備流利的英文書寫與溝通能力，多益 (TOEIC) 需達 600 分以上（或具備同等英文能力檢定）。

• 擅長工具 ： Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word （基礎，但不限制於Microsoft)

管理責任：

不需負擔管理責任

上班時段：日班

• 產業背景： 具備生技、生醫或醫療器材（Medical Device）產業背景者尤佳。
• 專業知識： 熟悉醫療廣告相關法規與合規性審查者優先考慮。

Job Description: Medical Device Marketing Specialist

[ Roles & Responsibilities ]

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Assist in managing and operating the official website and social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Draft English copy, communicate with domestic and international sales teams/clients, schedule marketing campaigns, and plan product promotion activities.
• Write press releases and blog articles in English.

2. Exhibitions & Domestic / Global Expansion

• Plan, coordinate, and execute physical exhibitions.
• Travel internationally 1-2 times a year to attend exhibitions in regions such as the Middle East, Europe, America, or Southeast Asia based on business needs.

3. Digital Marketing & Strategy

• Execute online marketing strategies with a customer-centric mindset.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing and online operations strategies.
• Plan, update, maintain, and manage online content, services, and campaigns regularly.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for other tasks and initiatives within the Marketing and Sales Department. (或用最精簡的美式寫法：Other marketing and sales support duties as assigned.)

[ Requirements ]

Minimum Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English. 
• A minimum score of TOEIC 600 (or equivalent English proficiency certificate) is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Is a Plus)

• Industry Experience: Background or experience in Biotechnology, Biomedical, or Medical Device industries is highly preferred.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with medical advertising regulations and compliance reviews is a strong plus.
• Analytics & Social Media Tools: Proficient in GA (Google Analytics) and Facebook Business Manager.
• Project & Web Management: Familiar with online collaboration and management tools such as Slack and WordPress
