Deputy General Manager – Thailand

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Operations Support

Assist the General Manager in formulating the mid-to-long-term development strategy for the Vietnam subsidiary. Participate in business planning and goal breakdown, and take ownership of operational results in assigned areas.

2. ERP Implementation & Process Optimization

Lead or support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee). Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making through ERP-enabled process improvements.

3. Market Development Support

Support the expansion into local Vietnamese enterprises and Chinese companies going global. Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

4. Team Building

Help build and develop a local team, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance local operational capabilities.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

Establish local operational mechanisms that comply with Vietnamese labor laws and regulatory requirements. Ensure ERP data and business processes remain legal and compliant.

6. Cross-Regional Coordination

Act as a bridge between headquarters and the Vietnam team, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution of corporate initiatives.

Key Requirements

1.Experience

5+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or related industries; 3+ years in team management

2.Business Track Record

Experience in new market entry or building operations from scratch is preferred

3.Language

Fluent English & Chinese (business level) – required for communication with China headquarters and international stakeholders

4.ERP Experience

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee) – including implementation, go-live, or daily management

5.Local Knowledge

Familiarity with Thailand's business environment and corporate decision-making processes is preferred

6.Soft Skills

Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to make independent decisions, accountability, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
