The AppleCare Technician Certifications (ACTC) programme is a comprehensive hardware certification programme for technicians who want to become proficient in supporting and repairing Apple hardware. AppleCare technician certification types The ACTC programme offers two certifications: Apple Certified Support Technician (ACST): Prepares technicians to support and troubleshoot Apple devices. Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT): Equips technicians to perform repairs on Apple devices. The ACST certification is a prerequisite for the ACRT certification. Digital badges are issued on Credly to technicians who pass the ACST and ACRT exams successfully.
