For building and contributing to AOSP, use android-latest-release. The android-latest-release manifest branch will always reference the most recent release pushed to AOSP. For more information, see Changes to AOSP. AOSP Docs Automotive torq Stay organized with collections Save and categorize content based on your preferences. torq is a command-line tool designed to streamline and standardize OS performance profiling across Android Automotive devices. torq enables engineers and OEMs to capture and analyze performance data for critical system events such as boot, user switch, app startup, or any other interaction. This tool helps ensure consistent results amongst different users and helps reduce the time and effort required for performance analysis, ensuring that developers can focus on optimizing their systems and detecting bugs instead of navigating fragmented tooling solutions. torq works with Perfetto and Simpleperf. About torq One-line commands: Each torq command should do the most it can without requiring user input. Efficient: Each torq command should address a significant pain point in performance analysis. For more information, see the torq GitHub. Content and code samples on this page are subject to the licenses described in the Content License.
