This week's Client Review Festival brought together colleagues, leaders and representatives with a shared goal — strengthening client relationships through proactive outreach and quality review conversations. The energy, collaboration and commitment on display throughout the day were truly inspiring.

Supporting family today shouldn’t come at the cost of independence tomorrow.
Our latest Asia Care Survey 2026 highlights three defining trends in Singapore:
• Rising family demands: 62% of Singapore adults caring for their families say it is affecting their long-term financial and health independence
• The self-sufficiency goal: Singapore adults aim to stay independent in later life to avoid burdening loved ones, despite competing priorities today
• The preparedness gap: While independence is a priority, actions today often fall short of future needs
This is not just a financial challenge. It reflects a broader shift in how we think about living, ageing, and sustaining independence over time.

It was an energising and uplifting Q2 town hall at Manulife Singapore!
We came together to recognise the progress we’re making across the business and look towards to the priorities that will shape the months ahead – all while staying anchored in what matters most: keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.
As we continue to scale AI across the organisation, it was especially encouraging to hear from colleagues who are bringing this to life – applying AI in meaningful ways, while ensuring we do so safely, responsibly, and with the right investment in upskilling our people.

As part of Impact Week at Manulife Singapore, the Manulife Sustainability Hub turned sustainability into action through a pedal boat clean-up along the Kallang River.
With 22 colleagues forming teams on the water, friendly competition quickly translated into real impact — together collecting 121 kg of trash. The experience reinforced how everyday choices, from refusing single-use waste to reducing consumption, play a role in protecting our waterways.
This activity supports our impact agenda by deepening awareness of how individual actions contribute to healthier ecosystems and more resilient communities.
We thank Waterways Watch Society for partnering with us and for the important work they do to keep Singapore’s waterways clean.

Manulife Singapore announced that it will be the first insurer in Asia to offer Guardant Health’s award-winning Multi Cancer Detection (MCD) test to eligible customers starting May 2026, reinforcing its leadership in longevity.
This milestone reflects a deepening of Manulife’s partnership with Guardant Health and builds on the existing collaboration that already provides customers with access to the Guardant360® Liquid test for advanced solid tumours.
This marks an important step in enhancing our focus on longevity and holistic well-being.
In gaining early insights into potential health risks, customers are empowered to make informed decisions for their long-term health and wealth.

During Impact Week at the end of April, our colleagues at Manulife Singapore came together to give back to causes close to their hearts. Through various initiatives, we supported the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities—making a small but meaningful difference in our communities.
We saw strong participation this year, with over 185 colleagues coming together to support our communities. Volunteering side by side also strengthened our sense of connection and shared purpose.
Impact Week is part of our larger purpose at Manulife. Being there for people at every stage of their lives is what drives us—because when our communities thrive, we all do.
