We are excited to announce our collaboration with National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) on an enterprise-wide AI and digital upskilling initiative designed to build a future-ready workforce and accelerate the bank's long-term transformation strategy.   Through Udacity, part of Accenture LearnVantage, NBF employees across leadership, business, and technical functions will gain hands-on capabilities in artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, data, and cloud technologies with personalized learning journeys, skills assessments, and learning analytics to measure workforce readiness at every step.   This collaboration is a commitment to building the bank of the future, one that's ready to lead in an AI-enabled economy, in direct alignment with the UAE's 2030 digital transformation agenda and its broader ambitions for AI, innovation, and future workforce development. 12 weeks. Real projects. Real skills. We recently wrapped up our Professional Excellence Program with alrajhi bank through Accenture LearnVantage Academy and this one focused on cybersecurity. What stood out wasn't just the curriculum. It was watching participants move from theory to hands-on work, covering enterprise security, consulting readiness, and global learning sessions, building confidence alongside technical capability. The future of #cybersecurity will be shaped by the talent organizations choose to invest in today. Last week at Google Cloud Security Day KSA, we joined Google Cloud Security as a Premier Sponsor to share how organizations across the Kingdom are transforming security operations with AI from adaptive managed detection and response to an Agentic/Autonomous SOC model. Our session explored a 6-stage SOC transformation roadmap and how multiple AI agents can work together to help security teams detect, respond, and operate more effectively at scale.
