We are always looking for talented and creative computer scientists for
Software Engineer and Research Scientist positions. We hire people who are
driven to rapidly innovate in areas such as Security and Privacy, Information
Retrieval, Machine Intelligence, Data Mining, Machine Perception, HCI,
Education, Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, Machine
Translation, Network Architecture, and Distributed Systems, to name just a

Internships
Google technical interns are key players in our daily innovation and have the
opportunity to make big contributions. Google technical internship
opportunities are full-time positions and take place throughout the year. We
accept students from multiple disciplines – including CS, EE, Maths, Physics
– so students studying a variety of subjects are encouraged to apply. Google
internship start and end dates are flexible with regard to academic
schedules, but you’ll be expected to commit to at least three months of
full-time work.

Machine intelligence roles
Machine Intelligence research at Google is focused on building the next generation
of intelligence and language understanding for all Google products. We are working
on projects that utilize the latest techniques in Machine Intelligence (including
Deep Learning approaches like Google Brain) and Natural Language Processing. We
impact products across Google including Search, Maps and Google Now. We have some
of the best and brightest minds working on solving unique and challenging machine
intelligence projects, and we’re looking for talented research scientists and
software engineers that have experience in MI to join us. Googlers also stay
connected to their research roots as active contributors to the wider research
community by partnering with universities and publishing papers.
