O-Pitblast is a Portuguese technology company specializing in digital solutions for drilling and blasting operations. Founded in 2016 in Porto, the company was created with the aim of bringing engineering, technology, and field operations closer together, developing tools that support more informed, safer, and more efficient decision-making. Since its foundation, O-Pitblast has been building an integrated ecosystem of solutions covering all stages of drilling and blasting, from planning to execution, measurement, analysis, and optimization. O-Pitblast's digital solutions connect engineering teams, blasting managers, and mining operations through reliable real-time data, with a focus on continuous improvement. The company is currently part of two large international explosive producers, the FORCIT Group, which has a strong presence in the Nordic countries, and ENAEX, which operates on a global scale. This integration has strengthened O-Pitblast's technical capabilities, international presence, and commitment to high standards of quality and technological development. Based on a culture of transparency, collaboration, strong market engagement, and continuous evolution, O-Pitblast is present in mining and quarrying operations in nearly 100 countries. In March 2026, O-Pitblast will celebrate 10 years of activity, marking a decade defined by sustained growth, trust from its partners, and continuous contribution to the digitization and optimization of drilling and blasting operations worldwide.
