Last month, Natixis in Portugal took part in the WellBeing Games, a pioneering event dedicated to physical activity, well-being and building meaningful connections. 🤝 From sports challenges to wellness experiences, the event offered a unique opportunity to step away from our daily routines, strengthen team bonds and embrace healthier habits in a fun and engaging environment. More than just a day of activities, this event reminded us that the experiences we share beyond the workplace also help strengthen our team. Last month, Natixis in Portugal joined Groupe BPCE Portugal’s team, Os Lusitanos, for the 9th edition of the Natixis Sports Week 2026 Touch Rugby tournament, organized in partnership with Racing 92 , alongside novobanco, Oney and Banco Primus. 🏉 With around 138 players, 14 teams and 4 nationalities represented, this event showed that true strength lies in unity, collaboration and shared values. More than a competition, it was a moment of connection, team spirit and collective energy, bringing people together around a common goal. On 21 June, we came together to celebrate International Yoga Day in a truly inspiring way! This event was organized in partnership with Federação Portuguesa de Yoga, Zariya and Embassy of India in Portugal, with the support of Câmara Municipal do Porto. Together, we welcomed more than 100 participants to Parque da Cidade for a morning dedicated to well-being, culture and community. 🧘 From yoga and meditation sessions to traditional Indian dance performances, a Bollywood workshop and Indian snacks served in eco-friendly packaging, every moment reflected a spirit of connection, balance and cultural exchange. As we saluted the sun together, we celebrated the importance of physical and mental well-being while fostering inclusion, supporting cultural initiatives and creating opportunities for people to connect beyond the workplace. Throughout June, we celebrated Pride Month by creating spaces for meaningful conversations, shared experiences and authentic storytelling. 🏳️🌈 Led by our All Equals Portugal Community and in collaboration with our Parenting Community, we explored the topic of parenting within the LGBTQIA+ community, hearing personal journeys, reflecting on challenges and achievements and reinforcing the importance of acceptance, respect and belonging in our culture. We also welcomed Sinceramente for an inspiring session on identity and self-acceptance. Through humor, vulnerability and personal experiences, the conversation reminded us that inclusion starts when people feel safe to be who they are. On Children’s Day, we celebrated curiosity, discovery and the moments that become lasting memories. 💜 Through "Mission: World in Family", an outdoor escape game, Natixis in Portugal families embarked on a journey of challenges, collaboration and fun. Throughout the experience, parents and children took on activities inspired by different professions, putting their creativity, problem-solving skills and team spirit to the test as they worked together to complete the mission. But beyond the activities and challenges, this day was above all about creating meaningful connections between generations, strengthening family bonds and sharing experiences that bring people closer together.
