Zarządzanie zmianą nie zaczyna się od planu. Zaczyna się od człowieka. Za nami piąty moduł warsztatów nad świadomym przywództwem. Ponad rok bardzo dojrzałej pracy liderów dwóch spółek EMBE PRESS | Prime Label Group i PEGWAN | Prime Label Group. Teraz meritum. Najtrudniejsza część zmiany nie dotyczy procesów. Dotyczy ludzi, którzy mają te procesy udźwignąć. Zmiana zawsze uruchamia w ludziach: ➡️lęk, ➡️niepewność, ➡️opór wobec tego, co nieznane. Nie dlatego, że ludzie są „trudni”, ale dlatego, że zmiana zawsze dotyka: ✅poczucia bezpieczeństwa, ✅znaczenia własnej roli, ✅obrazu siebie w tej konkretnej zmianie. Dlatego przywództwo w zmianie nie polega tylko na zaprojektowaniu planu, narzędzi, budżetu i osób odpowiedzialnych. Polega przede wszystkim na umiejętności pracy z tym, co dzieje się zanim ludzie będą gotowi zaangażować się w działanie. ŚWIADOMY LIDER W ZMIANIE POTRAFI: 🟢nadać sens temu, po co zmiana jest, 🟢nazwać to, co ona realnie oznacza dla ludzi, 🟢prowadzić rozmowy, które budują gotowość, a nie ciszę czy pozorną zgodę. I to jest dla mnie zawsze najważniejszy moment pracy z organizacjami: gdy liderzy przestają „zarządzać zmianą”, a zaczynają rozumieć ludzi w zmianie i być jej świadomą częścią. Wtedy zmiana zaczyna się dziać. I nikogo nie trzeba do niej przekonywać. Dziękuję Katarzyna Żuławska oraz Hubert Warda za przywilej pracy z Wami i Waszym zespołem. Za okazane zaufanie, dojrzałość i gotowość do prawdziwej pracy nad przywództwem.
