A major milestone for Elevion Group!💡 We are pleased to announce that we have signed a purchase agreement to acquire a 100% stake in the Italian company BTS Biogas. This transaction represents Elevion Group’s most significant strategic investment in the biogas and biomethane sector so far and marks an important step in strengthening our capacity to serve the entire biomethane value chain. By joining forces with BTS Biogas, we are strengthening and consolidating our integrated industrial platform for green gas production, creating additional opportunities to deliver sustainable, future-proof solutions for our customers across Europe. 🌐 The scope of the transaction also includes a portfolio of nine plants located in Northern Italy, with 3 facilities already in operation and six currently undergoing conversion. This acquisition strengthens Elevion's position in the European bioenergy market and supports its ambition to reach approximately 70 million standard cubic meters of renewable gas production annually by 2030.
