What an incredible night at the Official Setel Engagement Futsal Tournament 2026! ⚽ 🏆 With football fever sweeping across the globe, we brought that same excitement closer to home through our Musim Bola Malaysia Bersama campaign, gathering teams from Setel, PETRONAS DAGANGAN BERHAD (PDB) and MESRA for an evening filled with competition, camaraderie and plenty of unforgettable moments. Across four tournament brackets, we witnessed stunning goals, last-minute saves, passionate supporters and teammates giving their all until the very final whistle. More importantly, it was an opportunity for colleagues from across different teams and OPUs to come together, reconnect and celebrate the spirit of the game as one community. A special appreciation goes to our friends who travelled near and far to be part of this tournament. And of course, thank you to every player, supporter, organiser and volunteer who brought the energy from start to finish. You made this more than just a futsal tournament. One of the best parts about working at Setel? People are always willing to share what they know 👩🏫 This week, our Senior Analyst II, Customer Experience, Sylvia W., hosted a voluntary Research Sharing Session, opening the floor to anyone across the company. As part of her role, Sylvia spends time understanding how customers experience our products, uncovering their pain points, and turning those insights into meaningful recommendations for our teams. The best practice is to experience it yourself! 🧑🏫 This time, we welcomed students from UiTM Shah Alam for a day of learning at Setel. The session began with a presentation by our Lead Android Engineer, Ryan Hoo Boon Keong, who shared what goes on behind the scenes of building digital products, from software engineering to the collaboration that brings every feature to life. Then, it was the students' turn. Our Talent Attraction Team, Japheth T. and Shamala Batumalai challenged them to become recruiters for the day. With three resume samples in hand, every group had one task: decide who they'd shortlist and be ready to explain why. Who knew three resumes could spark so many debates? 😆 Thank you, UiTM Shah Alam, for bringing your curiosity, confidence, and great energy to every session.
