You will be part of a close-knit compliance team of four professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment. Working directly alongside the Head of Compliance will allow you to learn from highly experienced specialists and accelerate your professional development.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will gain a 360° view of the compliance function and be involved in both AML and regulatory compliance matters. This broad exposure will strengthen your technical expertise and help you develop into a well-rounded compliance professional.

You will:

• Be the go-to person to deliver solutions to colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Perform client screening checks and analyze results.
• Operate within MFSA regulations.

Skills / Experience:

• 1 year of experience in AML screenings.
• Academic exposure to MFSA regulations.
• Be self-driven, ready to take ownership, and eager to grow.

Salary / Remuneration: up to €30 + hybrid + health insurance + bonus
