In line with this commitment, HEINEKEN Myanmar partnered with Shwe Sa Bwe Hospitality Training to implement the “Build Your Skills, Shape Your Future” vocational training program, providing sponsorship for eight trainees to undertake an 11-month training course in Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Service Skills. On 5 July 2026, we proudly celebrated the graduation of these eight trainees. This graduation ceremony marked not only the completion of their training journey but also the beginning of new opportunities, renewed confidence, and promising futures for each graduate. Through this initiative, participants not only enhanced their professional skills and capabilities but were also directly connected to employment opportunities upon completion of the program. This support has enabled them to embark on their career paths with greater confidence and a stronger foundation for long-term success. Therefore, with the aim of protecting our employees from seasonal influenza during the monsoon transition period and ensuring a safe and secure workplace, we successfully conducted a flu vaccination program for more than 400 employees nationwide during the last week of May. In line with this commitment, the solar panel installation project initiated at the factory in 2025 generated and utilized 400,000 kWh of solar energy, avoiding approximately 150 tons of CO₂ emissions equivalent to about 4,500 electric vehicle trips from Yangon to Mandalay.
