Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator to join our team on-site in Yangon Region, Myanmar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for all social media platforms to effectively communicate the hotel's brand and engage followers. Key responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, producing engaging visuals and written content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to overall marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align content with the hotel's aesthetic and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation, with expertise in managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok
• Strong skills in Copywriting, Editing, and Visual Storytelling.
• Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Reporting to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Online Advertising, and Content Strategy
• Ability to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Exceptional communication skills and an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
