Equitable access to financial services is vital to a strong and inclusive economy. In response to well-documented disparities and systemic barriers in access to capital, CDFIs across the country have been undertaking efforts to connect mission-driven capital to communities of color. Many leaders in the affordable housing field have responded by re-thinking lending products and credit processes to better serve developers of color.
Join us on September 21 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET for a discussion with CDFIs that are leading initiatives to enhance capital access and the growth of real estate development firms led by developers of color.
