Hello Google AI Support Team,
My account is currently restricted to generating AQ. prefix API keys instead of the standard AIza format. This restriction happened after I accidentally exposed my API key in a screenshot.
I have already deleted all exposed API keys. I understand the importance of keeping API keys private and will ensure this does not happen again.
Please restore my account’s ability to generate standard AIza format API keys.

Hello @Jaime_Palmiras,
We are moving away from Traffic keys (Alza) and towards a more secure Authentication Key (AQ). AI Studio will now only generate Authentication Key (AQ) keys. More information on key usage can be found in the Using Gemini API keys documentation].
Please submit any compatibility issues with services / SDKs etc. in this form for our engineering team to review. Thanks!

After September, the Gemini API will only accept AQ keys. This is an API key that is bound to a service account with no other permissions granted except for the Gemini API. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
