I am writing to report a persistent error I am encountering in Google AI Studio. Whenever I attempt to create a new project and generate an API key, the system immediately returns the following error:
“Failed to create project, The project creation failed. Please try again later.”
I have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps to resolve this on my end:
- Account/Quota check: I have verified my Google Cloud Console and I have not exceeded my project creation quota.
- Browser issues: I have attempted this in an Incognito/Private window with all extensions disabled, and the error still occurs.
- Network: I have tried on different networks to rule out connectivity issues.
Could someone from the team or community help look into my account and see what might be blocking the background GCP project creation?
