PD Ross's partnership, leadership and steady collaboration were instrumental in the successful launch of Preclearance in our passenger terminal. Thanks to his efforts and the dedication of his team, the launch was seamless for passengers from day one. This milestone has meaningfully enhanced the travel experience, allowing passengers to clear U.S. customs before departure and arrive stateside as domestic travellers, enhancing security, saving time and offering greater convenience.
