The transaction gives Lilly access to AtaiBeckley’s experimental DMT-based drug that’s being studied in Phase 3 clinical trials for treatment-resistant depression. The bill will establish a transparent, competitive process by the NJBPU SDDC Supplier Diversity Development Council and New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) to evaluate proposals and ensure any project is the best investment for New Jersey ratepayers. The bill passed both houses of the Legislature unanimously with strong bipartisan support.
