The transaction gives Lilly access to AtaiBeckley’s experimental DMT-based drug that’s being studied in Phase 3 clinical trials for treatment-resistant depression. The State of Tennessee's Nuclear Energy Supply Chain Investment Fund has awarded an $11 million grant to X-energy subsidiary TRISO-X. The State of New Jersey will procure at least 1,100 MW of Nuclear Energy according to a new bill signed by NJ Governor Mikie Sherrill. The bill will establish a transparent, competitive process by the NJBPU SDDC Supplier Diversity Development Council and New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) to evaluate proposals and ensure any project is the best investment for New Jersey ratepayers. The bill passed both houses of the Legislature unanimously with strong bipartisan support. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has allowed Westinghouse Electric Company to re-apply early for a design certification renewal for the AP1000 reactor that could last up to 40 additional years. The 40-year renewal of the certification will incorporate design changes approved during the construction and licensing of Vogtle Units 3 and 4, many of which represented departures from the original certified design.
