Construction at Rushden Station continues to progress. Our three-tower residential community in Danforth Village has reached a significant milestone, with the first tower now fully enclosed. Hoist removal is scheduled imminently, followed by crane removal. The central tower is nearing façade completion, and our third tower will reach topping-off by month's end. Landscaping work has also commenced, marking the next phase in bringing this community to life. Designed by bKL Architecture LLC, Rushden Station brings contemporary architecture and elevated rental living to Toronto's East End. Every detail at Rushden Station has been considered, from its refined residences to its hospitality-driven service. A significant milestone for housing and downtown revitalization in Guelph. Guelph City Council has approved the proposed 24-storey Waverley purpose-built rental community at 70 Fountain Street East, paving the way for more than 400 new rental homes in the city's core. The project will deliver much-needed student housing while supporting the City's vision for thoughtful growth, transit-oriented development, and a vibrant downtown.   At Fitzrovia, we believe that addressing Canada's housing challenges requires ambitious solutions, strong partnerships, and a long-term commitment to building communities where people can live, work, and thrive. This week, we launched Marlow, Fitzrovia's newest purpose-built rental community at Bloor & Dufferin and a major milestone in the transformation of one of Toronto's most connected urban neighbourhoods. More than a residential development, Marlow is part of a broader vision to create an entirely new mixed-use community. The community will deliver nearly 900 new rental homes, a public park, curated retail, and an extensive amenity program designed to support modern urban living.
