Sorry to bother you. I'm an active user from Commons and Wikidata. I was led here because I'm investigating a sockpuppetry in Wikidata of User:Yukitanooki, who was mainly active in enwiki with babels and basically adds machine translations to the other languages' Wikipedias with sock puppets and temp accounts.
I suspect the article ཧྥི་ལི་ཕིན་གྱི་ནུབ་རྒྱ་མཚོ། was created by a temp account of Yukitanooki with machine translation service.
