Déjà beaucoup de lenteurs et de bugs et ensuite des choses illogiques : impossible de changer de moyen de payement après la commande, impossible de changer le lieu de programmation, impossible de changer de lieu de livraison, impossible de changer de capacité, tout est impossible ! Une fois la commande passée il faut annuler à chaque fois sa commande pour modifier un paramètre, ce qui nous met donc ensuite au fond de la liste d’attente ! Donc pour une commande arrivant initialement le 16 septembre si vous avez utilisé les mauvais moyen de payement lors de la nouvelles commande vous serez livrés fin octobre début novembre pour le même produit ! Et ce malgré l’attente donc vous avez fait preuve pour votre première commande ! De plus, service client inutile qui ne peut jamais rien faire sauf vous faire perdre 30min par appel dont 25min à écouter de la musique et à attendre !
